Founders work through stage-by-stage due-diligence checklists, track critical documents, and watch a readiness score climb toward investor-ready thresholds — plus manual financials (MRR/ARR/burn/runway/CAC/LTV/NRR) and a cap-table workspace. Built on Next.js with Supabase auth and hardened redirect handling, and shipped with multi-locale support.
